Booking: Equipment can be requested on arrival (first-come, first-served) or pre-booked up to 24 hours in advance by calling the Shopmobility team at 020 3371 2678.
Location: The Shopmobility desk is situated on Level -2, Lift Lobby 2 (Car Park A). All rented equipment must be returned 30 minutes before the centre closes.

Dedicated Spaces: Over 5% of the mall's parking spaces are designated accessible bays close to lifts and entry points.
