Refund policy

Refunds
Refunds will be given in full for any test that has not been done by the client. 

However, once the sample is given and processing has started at the laboratory, then no refund can be given after this point.

Refunds can be granted by contacting us on info@aishealthcheck.co.uk and telling us your order number. Test fees are refunded in full to the card with which the client has paid. This process normally takes up to 5 working days.
