  • Medications: Continue taking any prescribed medications as usual unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Inform us of any supplements or over-the-counter medications you are taking, as some may affect hormone levels.
  • Timing: For women, LH levels can fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle. It is recommended to have the test done at a specific time in your cycle (often during the mid-cycle peak) for the most accurate results.

  7. Results are emailed to you.
